Battling illness is never easy and we will try to help in any way we can.  If you or someone you know has a need, reach out to us for assistance with paying medical and utility bills, transportation costs, groceries, holiday assistance or other general needs.

Assistance is available to Mahoning Valley residents currently receiving treatment for cancer or terminal illness.  Clicking the link below will take you to our application page.  You can fill out the form for yourself or for someone you know who could use a little help.  Other financial criteria may need to be met as listed on the application. All applications will be considered on a case by case basis by the R4R Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors meet the second Wednesday of every odd month to evaluate applications and determine assistance.
