Helping out when you are stuck inside.
R4R partnered with The Hope Centers for Cancer Care to provide therapeutic support to local families in need. Our goal was to deliver stress relief care packages to patients receiving treatment. With your help we were able to deliver 50 therapeutic care bags to those who needed it the most! Each bag was valued at $75.00 and included a mix of gift cards, therapeutic lotions, comfy socks, a journal, bath soaking salts, stress reducing tea, candies, lip balms, adult coloring and puzzle books to help reduce stress. All precautions were taken to ensure the packages were sanitized and delivered safely.
Patients that received the care bags reached out to us and were completely surprised and truly touched that the local community showed such support.
The word is getting out!
